舞台(三面台)佈置，設計了很多3D的動畫，驚嘆科技豐富了整個演唱會。


孫燕姿也出席了演唱會。


用周董的方式來表達，演唱會超屌！

出道十年，擁有這番事業，確實非常了得。一首《超人不會飛》也道出他出道十年的感慨。



最令我佩服他的，還是他那副敢於創新的勇氣，以及他在‘孝’(家庭觀)這方面的感恩表現。

柔行动党赞成大马搬迁火车站 促降第二通道收费与长堤同价

民主行动党柔佛州主席巫程豪表示欢迎，首相纳吉昨日与新加坡达致协议，将位于新加坡丹戎巴葛的大马铁道公司火车站迁移至兀兰关卡，并与新国共同发展遗留下来的地段。

-- 此舉確實能舒緩每天來往新山、新加坡兩地的人口流量。乘火車到兀兰关卡，過關後轉搭巴士到地鐵站，為大家提供了多一個選擇。

“希望两国政府在进行发展计划时，以两国纳税者和人民的利益为重。”

不过，柔佛行动党的立场却与其他民联领袖有所分歧，后者担心纳吉会重演以两个产油区向汶莱换取林梦主权的错误，导致马来西亚吃亏。

民联执政后将尊重现有政策

纳吉是在昨日与新加坡总理李显龙在会谈中，成功解决两国之间悬宕19年之久的丹戎巴葛火车站课题。大马政府同意从2011年7月1日起搬迁火车站，铁道关税局、移民局及检疫站也会一并迁移。

而大马铁道公司让出的土地，将由新国以相等价值的土地，即在滨海南（Marina South）与奥菲亚—梧槽（Ophir Rochor）的土地作交换。两国也同意由一家即将在今年12月31日成立的马新私人有限公司（M-S Pte Ltd）发展由大马铁道公司让出的土地。

也是士姑来州议员的巫程豪今日发表文告回应上述课题。他补充说，“即使民联执政布城和奴莎再也，相信有利于新马两国人民的政策，将会受到尊重和执行”。

新国与柔分享水源管理经验

此外，对于新加坡政府 将在2011年和柔佛州的水供合约满期后，将士姑来虑水站的管理权如期交还给柔佛州政府，巫程豪表示欢迎。

但他希望两国政府以及柔佛州政府，在管理水源方面继续合作，尤其是柔中居銮和巴株巴辖两县，依然面临缺水的问题。

“相信新加坡公共事用局可以和柔佛水务公司以及水源资源管理公司分享水源管理的经验和科技，尤其是如何复苏彼咯、吗咯、森宝垄三主要水坝的管理工作。”

第二通道路费比长堤高4倍

另一方面，巫程豪表示，降低第二通道过路费是鼓励两地人民多用第二通道，减少长堤交通阻塞的明智之举。

“目前双向来往新柔长堤的汽车和罗里的收费分别是5令吉70仙以及12令吉，而双向来往第二通道的车辆以及啰哩过路费分别为22令吉以及100令吉，等于长堤的4倍过路费，造成长期以来新马第二通道的使用率偏低，而新柔长堤交通情况无法改善。”

因此，他促请两国政府调整第二通道的过路费，至少和长堤收费一致或更低，以便惠及两国的纳税者。

纳吉与李显龙已经同意降低马新第二通道的收费，新收费在一个月内出炉。

新山轻快铁须连接新国网络

针对两国有意强化之间的交通联系，巫程豪建议大马政府尽快建好新山市内的轻快铁，并与新加坡的轻快铁联系。

“有关计划将减少往来新马两地的工作人士在马路上奔驰的时间，减少摩多单车骑士的伤亡率。目前来往新马两国工作的人士每天平均每人必须花上4小时的时间在路上。”

他强调，新加坡和新山的轻快铁必须联结为同一系统的轻快铁，而不能像吉隆坡的轻快铁，分为三个不同的系统，并有三个不同公司管理，这将造成交通效率频低。

依斯干达计划须透明招标

此外，针对伊斯甘达投资公司最近宣布招标总值2亿6000万令吉的6项大型发展计划，但是许多本地非土著公司却被拒绝招标的现象，巫程豪指出，依斯甘达发展计划应该开放给本地和外国公司招标，以加强投资者对伊斯甘达发展计划的信心，招标过程应该完全透明化。

Malaysia to launch long-delayed biofuel mandate in 2011

(Reuters) - Malaysia has asked petroleum companies to bear the extra cost of selling diesel blended with palm oil from June next year to kickstart sales of the green fuel after a four-year delay.

The world's No.2 palm oil producer has struggled to implement a mandate to push the blended fuel and support the palm industry first introduced in 2007 as the government was reluctant to subsidize biofuel blends to match diesel prices at the pump.

Commodities minister Bernard Dompok said on Wednesday that the green fuel, a blend of five percent palm and 95 percent diesel petroleum, will be introduced in stages in the central states on the mainland.

"The (biofuels mandate implementation) will support palm oil prices and will enable planters especially the smallholders to reap economic benefits," Dompok said in a statement.

Eventually, the mandate will be extended to other Malaysian state and will take up half a million tons of the Southeast Asian country's total annual crude palm oil production but no timeframe was given.

Traders said the announcement briefly supported Malaysian crude palm oil futures before market players turned their focus to lower crude oil and soyoil markets.

"The government has been flip-flopping over this issue. It gives a good support base for the market but it remains to be seen if it will actually be implemented," a trader with a local brokerage said.

Dompok said the government will bear the cost of developing six petroleum depots with blending facilities at a cost of 43.1 million ringgit ($13 million).

Petroleum companies including state oil firm Petronas as well as oil majors like Royal Dutch Shell, Exxon Mobil and Caltex will have to subsidize palm-based biofuel blends at the pump, he said.

Petroleum diesel retails at 1.70 ringgit ($0.498) a liter, a price that is regulated by the government and among the lowest in Asia. Any increase in petroleum prices is politically sensitive.

Local biofuel manufacturers say blending 5 percent palm biofuel into diesel increased prices by 0.02 to 0.06 Malaysian ringgit a liter over petroleum diesel.

Dompok said Malaysia has approved 56 licenses for biofuel production, for total capacity of 6.8 million tons.

In 2009, Malaysia produced 227,457 tons of palm based biofuels that garnered export earnings of 604 million ringgit ($182 million).

S'pore, M'sia make progress in efforts to improve links and connectivity

SINGAPORE: Singapore and Malaysia have made progress in several areas to promote links and improve connectivity.

These were highlighted at the Joint Ministerial Committee (JMC) meeting for Iskandar Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur.

The meeting was co-chaired by Mr Nor Mohamed Yakcop, Malaysia's Minister in the Prime Minister's Department and Singapore's National Development Minister, Mr Mah Bow Tan.

Also present were the Chief Minister of Johor, Mr Abdul Ghani Othman and Singapore Minister for Transport, Mr Raymond Lim.

The JMC reviewed the progress achieved so far by the joint Work Groups on Transportation, Immigration, Tourism, Environment and the Iconic Project.

The JMC has made significant progress in terms of enhancing connectivity between Iskandar Malaysia and Singapore.

On the transportation front, a One-Stop Service Centre in Johor Bahru has been set up for Malaysian and Singaporean public transport operators.

Another eight new bus routes between Singapore and JB will be launched.

Improvements to Cross-Border Taxi services are also being studied.

On immigration, the criteria for frequent traveller applicants for the Malaysia Automated Clearance System has been set at four times a month.

The Immigration Work Group also announced the implementation of 24-hour operations by Malaysian customs for all inbound and outbound lorries travelling through the Tanjung Puteri Cargo Complex.

The JMC also discussed several joint collaboration projects.

The Tourism Work Group agreed to adopt a themed approach in jointly marketing a dual destination experience with possibilities in sports, edu-culture and MICE (Meetings, Incentive Travel, Conventions and Exhibitions).

The work group also shared the progress of the joint feasibility study to develop and market a transboundary, joint eco-tourism attraction involving Singapore's Sungei Buloh. - CNA/vm
